Full project management for bespoke orders. We handle initial briefing with the maker, establish timeline and payment milestones, provide progress documentation, coordinate delivery logistics, and mediate any concerns. Particularly valuable for first-time commission clients or complex multi-piece orders.

Private Studio Tour

An immersive half-day experience visiting one or two working studios in your chosen region. Watch artisans demonstrate their techniques, ask questions about materials and processes, and gain appreciation for the labour behind handmade objects. Tours accommodate individuals or small groups up to six.

Ongoing collaboration for design professionals requiring consistent access to artisan resources. Includes priority matching for client projects, quarterly portfolio updates on new network additions, and preferential rates on commission facilitation. Minimum six-month engagement.

Sourcing distinctive handmade items for corporate gifting programmes. We work within your budget to identify appropriate products, coordinate with artisans for required quantities, manage quality control, and arrange packaging or presentation. Ideal for companies seeking meaningful alternatives to generic promotional items.

Strategic guidance for those building serious collections of South African craft. We provide market context, identify emerging makers worth watching, advise on acquisition priorities, and connect you with secondary market opportunities when notable pieces become available. Engagement begins with an assessment of your existing collection.

Should you choose to engage our services, we issue a straightforward agreement outlining scope, timeline, and payment terms. A deposit secures your booking with the balance due upon completion.
